All LPARS, started receiving this message on 11/12/14 - TCP9110 The
maximum threshold for SNTP Client errors has been reached.
Checked the QTOTNTP job
Connecting to host 206.246.122.250 using port 123.
No response received from NTP server.
Also checked NIST Internet Time Service, that IP was listed as ok.

Do I need to switch to a new IP?
Any recommendations?
