OBJ(('/mydir') ('/myfile.txt'))

That would depend on what "and its contents" implies. Best to explicitly specify what of the special values for the Directory Subtree (SUBTREE) parameter will effect what is the most desirable; the likely default of *ALL might [though might not] be appropriate: "The entire subtree of each directory that matches the object name pattern is included. The subtree includes all subdirectories and the objects within those subdirectories."
