The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.

Let me guess, the reason you aren't doing a DO loop around the HLDJOBJS,
but instead you are submitting it, is because you are also submitting the
job under some other user profile? If that is the case then I think the
job that does the submit should be modified so that it adopts, or profile
switches, so that it has the authority to do the HLDJOBJS instead of
submitting it.
Either that or you should write a job that does a do loop around HLDJOBJS
and submit that job instead of just submitting the command HLDJOBJS.
Or, one other idea, when you SBMJOB the HLDJOBJS make sure that it uses a
job description with a special class (see WRKCLS)
