The asker is getting downvoted and close-voted, even though the
question is perfectly clear and (I imagine) extremely easy to answer
for anyone who programs in ILE C++.
Either there's no "easy" way and you have to "shell out" or use system
APIs, or IBM included some "C++ spelling" of the same feature.
