Very nice - the group ptf currency is something I believe was discussed at CAAC meetings I've attended - we wanted something to help us know what we needed - we may even have a requirement to have this in the WRKPTFGRP command - whatever the spelling. But this view delivers some of this.

As to PIPEs, Scott mentions that it could be a way to get data from multiple databases and have the results look like one - a kind of federation - I'm trying to stretch my imagination on this one, too.
