That should be sufficient. If you do get any delayed PTFs you might want to
review them. Many are marked delayed due to co-req/pre-req dependencies
most of which will be satisfied when you finish installing your group. If
you wind up with a missing PTF (which is likely but not probable) then you
can simply download/apply it. 90% of those I've seen are easy and small.
In the past I've been able to do what your suggesting without system
interruption.

The information on Fix Central suggests it's only MQ that needs to be down
and the PTF's in the package are only MQ PTF's i.e. no licensed code or SS1.
