Set up the enterprise controllers and use SAVRST*

Bump the TCP buffer size up and on that line make sure to use jumbo frames.

Subject: Inter-LPAR Object Copying

We have 2 LPARs on the same box.

What's the fastest way to copy objects from one to the other? We'll be
using the backplane/internal TCP/IP bus.

We're considering:

-SAVRSTxxx commands

-SQL Alias

-SNDNETOBJ

-SAVxxx to savf, send across, and restore

-DDM files - reach out and grab the data we want.

Any helpful hint will be appreciated!
