Here's how I'm starting the server with a non standard port:

SBMJOB CMD(QSH CMD('/QOpenSys/usr/sbin/sshd -p 2022')) JOB(SSHD) JOBQ(QUSRNOMAX)

(where 2022 is the non-standard port. I should probably specify a different user on the SBMJOB command).
