running pgm from remote pc

I have some syntax, 2 files - do you see any problem to run the cl pgm from
a pc ?

//* this is to run the pgm on the ibm i the name of this is RPGCALL
1. open S1234567
AS_400_USER
cd lib_400
quote call pgm(parm1 parm2)
quit

2. this is the batch file to run the above.

echo Running FTP to Call RPG Program
ftp -s:RPGCALL.txt
