WRKPTFGRP, press enter. Shows all the PTF groups and their levels.
Press F11 to see the names rather than the PTF numbers.

The Fixes web site

to start looking for specific fixes. Drilling down into the group PTF
section for 7.1, the current group level for DB2 is 30.

Some of the newer DB2 functionality is delivered in Technology
Refreshes, in between full OS releases. These are documented in a
