And when reporting the offending job you may wish to report the user
currently being serviced too.
For example, if the job with the lock is
Job . . : QZRCSRVS User . . : QUSER Number . . . : 016760
but it is servicing
User ROB from client ... connected to server.

If you want an example of what I am talking about from your own system try
WRKOBJLCK youruserprofile *USRPRF
and look at those jobs.
These could be client/server jobs, web jobs, etc.
