Why? There's about a billion ways to put an object on to your system.
But if you want to, go ahead and leave *public *exclude.
Or if you want to change all programs that have RSTOBJ in them to adopt
authority go ahead.
Or if you want to add each developer individually to RSTOBJ go ahead. (of
course, IBM will clobber that every chance they get. and you'll have to
remember to modify your setup program upon departmental turnover.)
My choice is to make RSTOBJ *PUBLIC *USE.
