You would like to see the Tivoli cert for TSM but also the Technical Sales
(at V7R1 it will be the base test plus the AIX variant) as well.
If they have those, I'd trust 'em.

If you were looking to contract someone for Power AIX install what
certifications would you look for?
And either this person or one of their colleagues will be resetting up TSM
(Tivoli Storage Manager). What certifications would you be look for there?
I've had some extremely bad experience with Power Suse Linux, hence the
conversion to AIX.
