For me, this issue only affect Nav for i, and nothing seems to fix it. It takes me 7 full scrolls of my mouse wheel to move 1 single line.

Jim,

Sometimes my FF goes into "turtle mode", 5 sec delay between keystrokes.
Closing FF and/or PC reboot always resolves the issue.
