We offer SCNMSGF for free at www.bvstools.com. It was one of our first
utilities (along with LSTFFD) that we offer for free.

And we don't even ask for your information. :) Just download, use it, and
be productive!

I wrote a simple CL program that does ...
DSPMSGD RANGE(*ALL) OUTPUT(*PRINT)
DSPSPLF FILE(QPMSGD) SPLNBR(*LAST)
DLTSPLF FILE(QPMSGD) SPLNBR(*LAST)
