I just put on MF99008 today on a lpar.
I ordered the cume, groups, MF99008 and MF58508 (fixes a serious issue I had with IOPless fiber cards. That one was generated for me after IBM was able to duplicate back in their office.) I ordered them via Fix Central as 'individual' ptfs.
