Item 1. That will not save, nor restore "QDLS". You can obviously see an
omit in there for that. Command SAVDLO is used for QDLS. And restored
with RSTDLO.
Item 2. If you only want to restore a specific directory than change the
OBJ parameter to only include that directory. Because, otherwise, it will
restore lots of stuff that may be OS release specific (in case the two
machines are different), or environment specific (Like one machine binds
to one IP address and the other binds to another) and so on and so forth.

Now can you give a little more detail?
Like, are you trying to restore just one or two directories?
Or, are you doing a migration from one machine to another?
After cutover is the old machine dead meat?
There is a topic in the recovery manual about unloading/reloading to a
different machine. It varies on whether or not they are at the same level
of OS. It goes into great detail about each fork in the road.
