The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.

That's unacceptable in this day and age.
I'd be sure and point out that IBM's jobs don't run under a QSECOFR class
profile.
Assuming you've got maint with IBM. You might consider asking IBM to apply
pressure on the vendor.
