While you certainly want INZSYS to finish before doing the Save, if I IPL to restricted, then I just run the INZSYS myself. I do so many upgrades, that each one has its own sense of unique characteristics. Nothing wrong with that.

I do not think that CHGIPLA to bring the system up restricted during an
upgrade is recommended. When do you have it fire off the INZSYS? After
the cume IPL?
