Paul,

Yes, Save While (almost) Active does not get all spool files (nor a lot of
other things). But the OP had this to say: "The system is in a
restricted state...". At that time I wouldn't suspect that he'd have a
lot of spool files in the OPN state but it wouldn't hurt to check (other
than the time involved).
