Find the duplicated page segments. Print each library's page segs to multi
page PDF. Use Adobe's Acrobat XI
or 'trial ware' such as

to compare the PDF's.
I've used this before since we have a 'TrueProof' printer that "prints"
pel for pel what the larger printer controller does, so comparing for
changes is a automated process.
