We have one project we can't get implemented because IBM says we're 5
hours from Greenwich time so therefore we must be UTC-5, Windows says
we're 5 hours from Greenwich time so therefore we must be UTC-4 (with
special conditions). So the WAS part running on IBM i fights with the WAS
part running on Windows and says how can you be UTC-4 and not be an hour
different? Go bug... off!
Maybe it will work next week? :-)
