Friend moving from s36 to new i, and biggest issue is the landscape rotation for a 132 column report.
HP4250 laser (mfrtypmdl *hp4000) has no problem rotating, but the lines per inch is no longer 6.
Several IBM docs address setting up a *wscst and removing the :COR statements - this fixed the
landscape cpi, but the lines are too close together. There are instructions for for adjusting the
lpi portion, but a wide array of options and it will take some time experimenting.
(btw - I need to thank IBM for the detail they put into the docs on hpt and cor.)
Has anyone already been through this and knows the wscst settings?
A number of the reports are forms, and it needs to "fit".
Given the s36 lack of config options, can't see how rotation was handled or if it was all in the printer.
