The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.

Nope, can't do that since our developments box is running V5R4 and we plan to maintain that level for at least 1-2 yrs more so that we can support back to V5R2 and forward to V7R1. Our QA boxes are all V6R1 and V7R1 so we test all the latest stuff.
We actually do still have a V5R1 and V4R3 machine as well although they are gathering dust.
We always try to keep backwards compatibility as much as possibly, unlike many OS/400 - IBM i releases :-)
We recently got a call for V3R2 which we did decline to support. Probably fair :-)
