I have a message monitor set up in IBM i Navigator. When it triggers,
it goes into 'Failed' status. I've tried creating a new one, same
thing. I'm one quarter behind on PTFs on my 7.1 system, and current on
IBM i Access.

Verify Central Systems Connection reports all green check marks.
Diagnostics reports that under Network Settings > Response time it was
unable to connect to my IBM i. Under Response Time to System i
Navigator, it reports 2ms response time except for Management Central
which is 123ms (which Diagnostics declares is 'within reasonable limits.')

The Management Central manual in the Infocenter hasn't got a
troubleshooting section. There are no obvious job logs and QHST hasn't
got any interesting entries. dspjob QYRMJOBSEL reports 'Job //QYRMJOBSEL
not found.'

Where do I find the information to debug the reason behind this monitor
failing out?
