There was a bug in Ops Nav for awhile that didn't let you drag and drop but
that was fixed a long time ago. What release are you at in Ops Nav and are
you current on service packs?
I use it all the time so I know it works.

Alan, I can get to the spool but it doesn't let me drag and drop towrote:
desktop. I can open it and view but there aren't any options to save it.
Copy paste is one way but it's rather long, 40 pages.

The easiest way I think is to use Ops Nav. Basic Operations/PrinterOutput
Just drag and drop the spool file to your desktop and it will convert
filetext.
Alternative. Create a file with a single field as wide as the print
listis. Use CPYSPLF to copy spool file to database table and then useCPYTOSTMF
to copy to IFS.list
