Yeah, I spoke with our sys admin - he sent the report on - apparently we've had this before, and supposedly have received PTFs for it.

This isn't our custom app, it's an IBM problem - the error was in QWPZHPT1, as the symptom string shows. So a problem was generated, along with the user spaces and all in some QSC* library. MCH1211 is a divide-by-zero error, anyhow.

We'll see how long my job runs today - all it does is a whole bunch (upwards of 60,000 in a single job) of CPYSPLF from the SPLF that has each PAGSEG, using a *WSCST to generate the TIFF - the main option we think of now at 7.1 is the ability to create PDFs directly with CPYSPLF, but any *WSCST can be used. So a person can generate PCL, too, or Lexmark stuff, maybe, or whatever.

I'm not sure but I do not think your system call's home about software
problems automatically. It sounds like you're pretty hamstrung on a few
commands but I don't think an application error will appear in WRKPRB.
Look at it this way, your custom application could generate a MCH1211 if
you screw up on a pointer app or some such thing. Why would IBM care,
it's your app?
