What is the suse linux equivalent of QUPSDLYTIM?

We have four lpars of IBM i and one lpar of suse linux on one power 6 box.
We have the ups cable hooked up. QUPSDLYTIM and QUPSMSGQ are set in IBM
i. During testing the IBM i lpars worked great. Flipped the arm off to
the UPS and the message queue was propagated. I didn't keep it down long
enough for QUPSDLYTIM to kick in. However the linux lpar shut itself
down. I want to adjust that. How?
