Well, step one down.

It took me awhile to wade through the search results that kept wanting
to work with mirroring. Then to convince myself that the 7 steps to
concurrently replace a raid drive was the one I remembered and really
that simple. Despite what a conservative CE told me years ago the main
cage is concurrent capable.

Now to find the complete reverse of "add a new disk" procedure to turn
one or two of the drives into hot spares...
