No, in that case you have just updated the OS and LPPs with the latest 
group/cumulative fix packages.

The only reason that LIC has to be slipped, is to create the space for 
the PTFs to get loaded.

The slip of the OS and LPPs was suggested to avoid quite a bit of 
downtime by slipping it with an OS and LPPs that already have the PTFs 
applied.
