The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.
If you know of an easy to use, open source, search engine ... please contact support@midrange.com.
A group of us is starting a new side business that will be run on the IBM i. Part of the business plan is to teach not just the users but teach classes(outside students) on it and on several well known ERPs / EDI / homegrown applications(written in RPG Free and SQL).
I will fill in more as this moves forward.
So thanks Jon for the link.

Bill Hopkins

Subject: Future Programmers - The future of IBM i
Many of us have long been concerned over the lack of IBM i aware college graduates.
Our friend Jim Buck has started a new initiative in partnership with IBM and others. The "missing ingredient" is companies and additional schools to commit to the program.
That is where you all can help.
There are details in our blog this week
http://ibmsystemsmag.blogs.com/idevelop/2013/06/need-more-help-help-yourself.html and if like us you think this a good idea then please take the survey and take the first step to helping to make this program a reality.
