Authorization is the first thing I would look into.
Sign on with someone that has full authorization and go from there.

Subject: Not all AS/400 files are shown as tables
I am looking in the Crystal reports Database setup. THere you can see some libraries with tables and views. I recently created a quick work file
that I want to use in Crytal reports. But it doesn't show up in the list. Also created a view off it and this too does not show. Library is correct.
Work file was created via old Query 400. Is there any process needed so that the file will show up as a table for crystal?
