The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.
If you know of an easy to use, open source, search engine ... please contact support@midrange.com.
I have learned that we have ours in QUSRSYS also due to a IBM recommendation to do so to take care of an issue with java applications running under WAS. IBM recommended placing a copy in QUSRSYS and configuring WAS to look there for the QAQQINI file.

Subject: Re: Performance question and SQL SERVER - RESOLVED
One big reason why some shops may have QUSRSYS/QAQQINI:

Basically mentioned by Chuck with his comments about QAQQINI SQL_SUPPRESS_WARNINGS *YES and the ignored derived index (but setting it opposite of the default).
This got changed a little with 7.1
