The information is readily available. Google on connection string and odbc and iseries, for example.

The thing I need now is how to connect to the as/400 from the Visual Studio. In C# we refer to
as 'Connection String'. This also can connect to a stored procedure or a table or view.

I am in touch with IBM via a "PMR" but they have not provided this info.

For other databases like SQL Server, this information is readily available.

Has no one ever done this between Crystal Reports and AS/400?
