Rule 0 may already be broken, since there is a non-relational way to manage the database. Some explanations I just saw say that the canNOT be a non-relational management method, others don't say anything. I don't really know which is what Codd really said.
Also, it is clearly stated that no database product follows all of them. And one place said that only the first 6 (1-6, not including 0) are really needed to call a database relational.
