I know what it means. What I don't know is what the following means.--
The interactive capacity installed on this system is capable of using
6.8 percent of the total system processing power for interactive work
(applications that use a 5250-like DataStream to communicate with the
workstation). Interactive activity on this system has exceeded the
threshold value of 5.9 percent of the total system processing power.

I was wondering where does the 6.8 and 5.9 percent come from and how
are they calculated?
