I know what it means. What I don't know is what the following means.
The interactive capacity installed on this system is capable of using 6.8
percent of the total system processing power for interactive work
(applications that use a 5250-like DataStream to communicate with the
workstation). Interactive activity on this system has exceeded the
threshold value of 5.9 percent of the total system processing power.

I was wondering where does the 6.8 and 5.9 percent come from and how are
they calculated?
