For us, WRKOBJ OBJ(QP0Z*) OBJTYPE(*USRSPC) produced the following:

V5R3 = Yes, user spaces.
V5R4 = Yes, user spaces.
V6R1 = Sorry, don't have one...
V7R1 = No, user spaces.
