That's an idea I may pursue. I may have to take it further than just the
interface status. The interface may be up a bit before the http server is
ready to process. I may have to delve into
List Network Connections (QtocLstNetCnn) returns a non-detailed list of
all the network connections for a specified net connection type or a list
of the subset of network connections for a specified net connection.

Basically that's the api to the NETSTAT *CNN command.
