Thank you all for the solutions - the Ops Nav was the quickest way to get
in,
changing the auto cfg.
Its an older rarely used machine but has software licensed to it I cannot
afford
to move. The twinax console was what it came with many years ago.
Because this was out on the web - you don't want auto cfg "on".

Other option is configure a lan console using the control panel, changing
from twinx console to a lan console.

With Navigator you can change system values such as Auto Config etc to let
you in. Also you can start FTP etc to give you options for command entry.

config work from there. Maybe run a remote command. Change sys values.

Also Wondering if you could use "run SQL scripts" to run cl commands.
Just spit balling....

i've set up a telnet session via pc,
but won't give me logon - says auto config not on (it's not).
So with no working console, no telnet, ftp is off, - is there
anything from front panel to vary devices on?
Any other ideas - other than get a diff twinax terminal?
