I wouldn't stress out. You're probably fine to just load up the cume and
get it set to apply for your next IPL.
I do NOT recommend NOT doing PTF's. The line "If it ain't broke, don't
fix it" is pure bullsnot when it comes to PTFs. Besides, when you do
upgrade to 7.1 it may have some PTF's that 6.1 needs to have in order to
get to 7.1. Keeping current on 6.1 may address those concerns (with the
usual disclaimer to read the Memo To Users and Infocenter to verify this).
