Take this simple support question. I know how to check cache battery
status on a dedicated Linux lpar. I know how to check cache battery
status on a dedicated partition of IBM i. How do you check cache battery
status in VIOS? Keep in mind that while the HMC does a wonderful job in a
lot of ways to configure hardware when it comes to disk, it pretty much
sits around and scratches itself.
There's a lot of this I'll have to learn when going to VIOS.
