You are better off with the AFP print driver and a pc product to do the design.

I use Open Office Draw for my design. It works just fine.

I used the AFP Utilities for a while and it's just not well done in my opinion.

It does work but it requires some major practice to get it to work.

That's a very old product, and so is AFP print drivers.

The entire making a overlay is clumsy on a good day.
