There will be some PTFs applied and made permanent during that process, 
this is all to satisfy co-req and pre-req requirements.  None of that 
activity will be disruptive in any way.   You can safely perform the 
option 8 process on Friday and IPL on Saturday/Sunday if that's your plan.
