The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.

Thanks all, some of our programs are in m36 we are planning to have a new power 7, we want to run them as it is until we convert everything to rpgle/db2.
I hope this approach is ok.

To expand just a bit on what Rob and Jim have said: M36 allows one to run
those program objects straight from the /36 without re-compilation, which is
necessary in the 36E. This is implied by Rob's point that "It's running the
S/36 OS on AS/400." There may be other reasons for using M36, but this was
the biggest one.
