RE: System 36 and Machine 36

To expand just a bit on what Rob and Jim have said: M36 allows one to run
those program objects straight from the /36 without re-compilation, which is
necessary in the 36E. This is implied by Rob's point that "It's running the
S/36 OS on AS/400." There may be other reasons for using M36, but this was
the biggest one.
