Pat, that's what I remember seeing when I put my own watch on. These things can be set to watch for events in maybe 4 areas, all the way to VLOG and activity log, as I recall.

And the impact is almost nothing until there is a match, so it really doesn't matter, to my way of thinking, that there are a bunch. Eh?
