I have not seen anyone mention my favorite ESEND from A.S.C. (now owned
by HelpSystems). Not Free.
It is integrated to their SEQUEL database reporting tool, so an HTML
table of the result set can be included as either an attachment, or as
an embedded table in the body of the message.
It also has report distribution splits, messages and attachements as
either HTML, TXT, PDF, send to IFS or send as email - - so just a very
nice utility overall,. and reasonably priced. Command prompting or
their own WRKSPLF screens.
I am looking for email package recommendations on the i.
The basic requirement is for outgoing mail, so various documents like
invoices, shipping confirmations, etc. can be emailed instead of printed
and mailed.
