We have a couple of options that can be beneficial to you with our iForms and Email Report Server products.
You can even send HTML based invoices and documents if you want to generate them in spool files if desired.

I am looking for email package recommendations on the i. The basic
requirement is for outgoing mail, so various documents like invoices,
shipping confirmations, etc. can be emailed instead of printed and
mailed.
Both free and vendor solution recommendations are welcome. Since
I'm sure this has come up before, if anyone has a list they'd be
willing to share, I'd appreciate it. A quick search of
Midrange.com's archive did not yield a good list.
