Press F1 on that CPD3232. Read the extended description. Ensure that you
are accessing the table you think you are accessing. For example
WRKOBJ MYTABLE
may show
Object Type Library
MYTABLE *LIB LIB010
MYTABLE *LIB LIB011
but a DSPFD MYTABLE may abort. Why? If you do not have authority to
LIB005/MYTABLE but LIB005 is high on your library list it will try that.
But LIB005/MYTABLE won't show in WRKOBJ.

Message . . . . : No authority to objects needed for file &1.
Cause . . . . . : You do not have authority to file &5 in library &7,
type
*&8, that is needed to create file &1 in library &2. If the object type
is
a data base member, the name is &4.
Recovery . . . : Get authority from the security officer or the object

owner. If a member is being added, the member name is &3. Then try your

request again.
